Mr. Lino holds a degree and a post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at PUC-Rio and a master’s degree in Oil & Gas Development Project Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland. He has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with an emphasis on project management, well construction, natural gas production and extraction, and production development projects. He was Vice President of Integrated Projects at Schlumberger South America, Director of Operations at Schlumberger Brasil, Manager of Integrated Projects at Schlumberger Brasil, Project Manager in the development of gas fields in North Mexico at Schlumberger Mexico and America Central.

He joined the Eneva team in 2015, as COO of Parnaíba Gás Natural, the company which was later merged with Eneva on its integrated generation operation. In 2018, he took the position of Executive Director of Operations, Engineering and E&P at Eneva and, in January, 2023, Mr. Lino assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Prior to joining Eneva Mr. Habibe was employed at Omega Generation S.A, where he was the CFO and Investor Relations Officer. Mr. Habibe has more than 17 years of experience, at Brookfield Brasil and Embratel. Additionally, he was treasurer at Vale S.A. for 8 years and corporative treasurer and head of merger & acquisition area at Fibria S.A. for 4 years. Mr. Marcelo Habibe has a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a master’s degree in finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Mr. Lopes has 20 years of experience in the Energy Sector, having worked at Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico – ONS (Brazilian’s National Electric System Operator), Petrobras, where, among other leadership roles, he held the Executive Management of Gas and Energy, and BR Distribuidora, where he was Chief B2B Officer, his last position prior to joining Eneva. Mr. Marcelo Lopes has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post-MBA in Negotiation and Leadership from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University, USA).

Mrs. Flavia Heller holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, with a master’s in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, having held leadership positions at EDP Brasil, MPX, and Equatorial Energia in the areas of M&A and Investor Relations. At Eneva, she served as the Investor Relations General Manager until 2022, as the General Manager of Strategy, Financial Planning, and Corporate Finance from 2022 to 2023, and in August 2023, she assumed the role of Director of Strategy and ESG.

Mr. Pascotto has been part of Eneva since 2018, having served as Generation General Manager until 2019, subsequently as Project
Manager until 2021 (in the construction of Jaguatirica II) and as LNG Solutions Development General Manager since then. Mr. Pascotto has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNESP, with several specialization courses and an MBA in
Services Marketing from ESPM, a specialization in Project Management from FGV and a specialization in Construction Management, Operation and Maintenance of Thermoelectric Power Plants from USP. He has more than 30 years of experience in multinational companies, including relevant assignments in the energy sector and the implementation of thermal power plant projects, having worked in project management, construction and assembly, engineering, contracts, infrastructure, commissioning, and operation and maintenance.

Mr. Carneiro has been part of Eneva since 2015, having served as Production Manager until 2018 and as Parnaíba Complex’s Operations Director (Gas and Power) since then. Mr. Carneiro has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UFRJ, with an MBA in Business from FGV and a specialization in Petroleum Engineering from Petrobras (CEN-NOR). He has almost 40 years of experience in the O&G industry, having worked in several areas such as well engineering, oil and gas production, production development design, construction and assembly and maintenance, in addition to having participated in onshore and offshore production projects.

Mr. Aurélio Amaral has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Faculdade Trevisan. Throughout his career, he distinguished himself in the energy sector, holding strategic positions within the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels – ANP, moving from Board Advisor to the position of General Director, the highest point in the body’s position, between 2016 and 2020. During this period, he played a central role in the implementation of the RenovaBio Program and the integration of biomethane into the biofuels market, reflecting his commitment to sustainability and energy innovation. Under his direction, the ANP saw the approval of crucial notices and contracts for the oil and natural gas exploration bidding rounds, further consolidating Brazil’s position in the global energy scenario.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Cintra was General Supply Manager at Eneva. Prior to joining Eneva his previous employment included Superintendent of Purchasing and Logistics at Light, in addition to holding managerial positions in the Supply Chain areas of Parnaíba Gás Natural (RJ), Vale (RJ and ES) and Usiminas (MG). Mr. Renato Cintra holds a degree in Social Communication from UGF, an MBA in Logistics from COPPEAD-UFRJ, an MBA in Marketing from IBMEC-RJ and a Postgraduate Degree in Technology from COPPE-UFRJ.

Mr. Santos has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade
Federal Itajubá (UNIFEI), with an Executive MBA from COPPEAD (UFRJ) and
specialization in Digital Business from the University of California at Berkeley, USA. He
has 21 years of professional experience in the O&G and energy industry, having worked
in operations, sales, strategy, training and talent management, crisis management and
human resources fields. He has held leadership roles for over 18 years at Schlumberger,
with special highlight to the position of HR Director for Saudi Arabia and region, in an
operation with more than 8,000 employees.

Andrea is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from the University of Bologna and has more than 24 years of experience in the global Oil and Gas industry. With a diverse career, he has stood out in leadership positions, including Vice Presidency of Operations for Europe and Africa, and the Vice Presidency for Engineering and Development of New Technologies and Products at SLB, where he also served as Operations Manager in Brazil. Furthermore, his most recent career includes Vice Presidency of Business at Sensia.

He was President and member of Petrobras’ Board of Directors from 1999 to 2001, President of IPEA – Instituto de Planejamento Econômico e Social, from 1986 to 1987, and Executive Vice President of Banco Inter American Express S.A., between 1988 and 1999. Mr. Reichstul has a degree in Economics from Faculdade de Economia e Administração da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA-USP) and has completed postgraduate studies in Economics at Hertford College at the University of Oxford, in Oxford.

He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of BR Malls Participações and of Grupo Technos S.A.; a member of the Board of Directors of Odontoprev S.A. and of Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. He was Director of the Institute of Economists of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Executive Secretary of the CDI – Council for Industrial Development, Chairman of BEFIEX – Commission for the Concession of Tax Benefits and Special Export Programs and President of INNOBRA – Innocenti Ind. Mecânica S.A. He has served on the Board of Directors of Cobafi, Dedini, Estrela, Caemi, MBR, Quebec Cartier Mining, Distribuidora de Produtos e Petróleo Ipiranga, Refinaria de Petróleo Ipiranga S/A, Grupo Paranapanema, Drogasil S/A.

In March 2007 he started his activities as member of the Board of Directors of Cia Vale do Araguaia, and currently he is also member of the Board of Directors of Ânima Holding S/A, since August 2020. Mr. Marcelo Pereira Lopes de Medeiros holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo. Currently, he serves the position of Board Member of the following companies: Eneva S.A. (energy sector), Alpargatas S.A. (footwear and clothing), Votorantim S.A. (diversified industrial holding company), and Insper Instituição e Pesquisa (education sector).

Throughout his professional career, he has served as a Board Member at (i) Parnaíba Gás Natural S.A. (Oil & Gas Industry) from 2014 to 2016; (ii) Cia. Hering (trade and retail sector) from 2014 to 2018; (iii) Springs Global S.A. (textile sector) from 2004 to 2017; (iv) RB Capital S.A. (financial sector) from 2010 to 2016; and (v) Pravaler S.A. (student loans) from 2011 to 2020.

Additionally, he is a Founding Partner at Cambuhy Investimentos Ltda. (asset management sector) and at Lanx Capital Investimentos Ltda. Mr. Guilherme Bottura holds a degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo. Between January 2003 and December 2004, he held the position of Superintendent of ABN AMRO (banking sector). From January 2005 to July 2009, he held the position of Vice-President at Goldman Sachs (banking sector), and from August 2009 to June 2011, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Lanx Capital Investimentos Ltda. (asset management sector).

In July 2011, he began his role as Managing Partner at Cambuhy Investimentos Ltda. (asset management sector), where he continues to work today. In January 2018, he started as Executive Officer at Brasil Warrant Gestão de Investimentos, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and responsible for Private Equity and Illiquid Investments. Mr. Guilherme Bottura also served as a Board Member at Parnaíba Gás Natural S.A. (oil and natural gas exploration and production sector) between 2014 and 2016.

Currently, he holds the position of Observer Member of the Board of Directors of Verallia SAS, headquartered in France (packaging sector), and as a Member of the Finance Committee of Alpargatas SA (footwear sector).

Mr. Felipe Gottlieb holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (Rio de Janeiro) and a MBA with academic excellence (Dean’s List) from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gottlieb is a partner at the BTG Pactual Group, Working in the Private Equity area and responsible for investments in various sectors. Mr. Felipe is also an Advisor at Inspira (education sector), Gran (education sector), Alaire (software sector) and Porto Seguro Serviços (services sector).
In addition, Mr. Gottlieb has served as Advisor at Universo Online S.A. – UOL (tecnology sector) and CDF (services sector).
Before joining BTG Pactual in 2012, he was an Associate in the Private Equity area of Icatu Group (financial sector). In addition, Mr. Felipe worked at Ventor Investimentos (resource management sector) from 2007 to 2011, where he was Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Renato Antônio Secondo Mazzola is a partner of BTG Pactual Group and is currently responsible for Infrastructure and Private Equity. He joined BTG Pactual Group in June 2011. Mr. Mazzola has a long experience in financial markets and worked as investment manager in several infrastructure and private equity companies. Before joining the BTG Pactual Group, Mr. Mazzola spent 5 years as a senior investment manager at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C., in the infrastructure division. Previously, he spent 5 years at JP Morgan. He currently holds the position of director in several companies in different sectors and geographies.

Mr. Barne Seccarelli Laureano is an electrical engineer and a specialist in Power Systems from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ. He has almost 50 years of experience in projects, consulting for the implementation of distribution, generation, and transmission projects in the national electrical sector.

He worked as an Independent Engineer in the implementation of Power Plants and Transmission Systems in high and extra high voltage, as well as in the analysis of investments in the area of transmission and generation concession, technical consultant in processes of M & A, privatization and federalization of companies in the electricity sector.

He currently holds the position of Executive Director at Banco BTG Pactual, analyzing and managing private capital investments in infrastructure.

He served as Chief Audit Executive at Banco Itaú -Unibanco from 2009 to 2015., From 2016 to 2017, he served as Controller, Risk Management, Integrity and Technology Officer at Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Economico e Social- BNDES. He has experience as a member of the Fiscal Council of FMCSV and as a Board of Directors member of Braskem and Ecorodovias. He has been a member of the Audit Committee for: Tecban, CIP, CBMM (Coordinator), Porto Seguro (Financial Specialist), Itaú-Unibanco, Redecard (Coordinator), Alpargatas (Coordinator) and Ecorodovias (Coordinator). From 1995 to 2017, Mr. Teixer served as an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) and is currently a partner officer at IRKO in Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Teixer is a financial executive with over 25 years of experience in key subject matters related to Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management in general, Human Resources and internal controls. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Brazil (CRC) and a CVM Independent Auditor Certified by the Federal Accounting Council (CFC). He is a specialist and active speaker on international and Brazilian accounting standards. Professor of auditing, accounting, finance and compliance at BMEC RJ, at Graduate and MBA courses. He is an Executive Officer of ANEFAC-RJ, speaker and content producer focused on the accounting area. Mr. Edson Teixer has a degree in Accounting Sciences with an Executive MBA in Finance and in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV-RJ.

Mr. Fernando Campos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management, and an MBA in General Management for Senior Executives. In 2023, he became a Full Fiscal Counselor of Banco do Brasil S.A., and since 2021, he has been acting as a Full Member of the Statutory Audit Committee of ENEVA S.A. Additionally, in 2020, he acted as a Statutory Officer of Banco Crefisa S.A.

Between 2006 and 2019, Mr. Fernando Campos held various positions at Banco do Brasil S.A., including Wholesale Commercial Superintendent, Executive Manager, Governance Officer for Related Entities, and Statutory Officer. From 2016 to 2019, he held the positions of Chairman of the Board of BB Securities Asia PTE. Ltd., Banco do Brasil Securities LLC, BB Securities Limited, in addition to acting as a Full Member of the Fiscal Council of BBTUR Viagens e Turismo Ltda.

Henri Philippe Reichstul has been a member of the Board of Directors of LATAM (aviation sector) since 2014, of Repsol (energy sector) since 2019, of FIVES (industrial engineering sector) since 2014, and a member of the Advisory Board of LHOIST (industrial sector) since 2005.He was President and member of Petrobras’ Board of Directors from 1999 to 2001, President of IPEA – Instituto de Planejamento Econômico e Social,, from 1986 to 1987, and Executive Vice President of Banco Inter American Express S.A., between 1988 and 1999.

He has a degree in Economics from the Faculdade de Economia e Administração da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA-USP) and has postgraduate studies in Economics at Hertford College at the University of Oxford, in Oxford, carried out between 1973 and 1976.

Mr. Renato Antônio Secondo Mazzola is a partner of the BTG Pactual Group and is currently responsible for Infrastructure and Private Equity. He joined BTG Pactual Group in June 2011. Mr. Mazzola has a long experience in financial markets and worked as investment manager in several infrastructure and private equity companies. Before joining the BTG Pactual Group, Mr. Mazzola spent 5 years as a senior investment manager at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C., in the infrastructure division. Previously, he spent 5 years at JP Morgan. He currently holds the position of director in several companies in different sectors and geographies.

In Brazil, he serves as Counselor of the following companies: Tropicalia Transmissora de Energy S.A., BodyTech S.A., CCRR Participações S.A., Globenet Cabos Sumarinos S.A., Universo Online S.A., and AllPark Empreendimentos Participações e Serviços S.A. (Estapar), Network Inspira de Educadores, Contrail Logística S.A. In Chile, he is Counselor of the following companies: Latin America Power S.A., Infraestructura Interportuaria S.A., Trenes Continetales S.A., Sociedade Concessionaria Autopista S.A., Sociedade Concessionaria Melipilla S.A., Ruta de los Ríos Sociedade Concessionaire S.a. and Sociedaded Concessariona Valles del Desierto S.A.
