FAQs

1 – I am a former Focus shareholder, I received the assured portion and am entitled to receive the contingent portion, but I cannot retrieve the account/brokerage in which I received the payment in 2022. How can I consult this information to find out if said account is still active What if I am eligible to receive payment?

Pursuant to the Notice to Shareholders published by Eneva on September 25, 2024, Focus shareholders who were registered as shareholders at the close of March 11, 2022 and are entitled to receive the contingent portion, must obtain information on registration or updating registration in brokers with their respective brokers, observing the procedures and deadlines determined by them.

Additionally, investors who have had in the past and/or still have brokerage accounts can access investment histories, payment of earnings and corporate events, and consult information on active and inactive accounts, on the “Investor Area” page on B3, via through th link: https://www.investidor.b3.com.br/login

2 – I am a former Focus shareholder, I received the assured portion and I am entitled to receive the contingent portion, but I would like to change the account/brokerage in which I will receive this payment. Is it possible to make this change?

For Focus Shareholders who still have an active account on the payment date of each installment, the payment of the Contingent Installment will be made according to the address registered with their respective brokerage – the same one where they received the credit for the Assured Installment in the past. Changes will not be possible.

Only in cases where said account is no longer active, Focus Shareholders must update their registration data to receive the Contingent Installment, following the guidelines and deadlines set out in the Notice to Shareholders published by Eneva on September 25, 2024.

3 – I am a former shareholder of Focus, I received the assured portion and have the right to receive the contingent portion, but I made a credit assignment of this right to a third party. Can I nominate this third party for receipt?

Payment of the Contingent Installment will be made directly to Focus Shareholders in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the Notice to Shareholders – Eneva. Any different situation must be notified in advance to Eneva so that it can be evaluated and treated in accordance with applicable legislation.

4 – I missed one (or more) deadlines for updating and I have not yet received the first (or more) installments, but I updated and I would not like to wait for the next installment to receive what Eneva has already paid to the other shareholders. Can I get in touch, provide my details and receive due installments before the next installment?

Eneva reinforces that payments of the installments relating to the Contingent Installment will only be provided by Eneva on the payment dates set out in the schedule indicated in each Notice to Shareholders published before the payment of each of the 4 installments.

For the first payment, as disclosed in the Notice to Shareholders on September 25, 2024, shareholders with inactive accounts must update their registration with their brokers and send the data using the Form provided above by October 4, 2024. Eneva emphasizes that it is not enough to carry out the registration update, as set out in the Notice to Shareholders, the shareholder must also send their data through the Form.

After these deadlines, the Focus Shareholder will only receive the amounts to which they are entitled from the date of payment of the subsequent installment, including any installments that were paid to other shareholders who had active accounts. For clarification purposes, in this case, there will be no monetary adjustment between the date originally scheduled for payment of the respective installment and the actual payment date.

5 – My account is active with the Broker that I received the payment of the assured installment but I did not receive the payment. How should I proceed?

Eneva notes that Focus Shareholders who are entitled to the Contingent Portion must ensure, with their respective brokers, that their registration is updated, including bank details for payment.

Eneva reinforces that registration or registration updates with brokers, observing the procedures and deadlines determined by them, must be provided by the Focus Shareholders themselves with the brokers.

It should be noted that, if there are any doubts during the update process or about payments, which will be made through B3, brokers may contact B3 for clarification, through existing communication channels, through the Registration contacts, by phone: (11) 2565-5072 or by email cadastro@b3.com.br
