The Policy for Disclosure of Material Act of Fact and Trading Securities aims to establish rules to ensure compliance with good practices in the disclosure of Relevant Acts or Facts and in the negotiation of the Securities issued by ENEVA S.A., as well as to clarify rules which shall be observed by the Investor relations officer and other Subject Persons regarding the disclosure and confidentiality of the Relevant Information, seeking to contribute to the compliance with the laws and rules that restrict the practice of insider trading.

Related Risk Management Policy

Risk Management PolicyThe Risk Management Policy aims to establish the principles, guidelines and responsibilities to be observed by ENEVA S.A. in the process of risk management, in order to enable the identification, evaluation, treatment, monitoring and communication of risks to the Directors, allowing reduction of the degree uncertainty in achieving the objectives and in preserving the value and perpetuity of the company’s business. In addition, it aims to promote the integrated management of all risks to which ENEVA is exposed, including: financial, strategic, operational, regulatory risks, among others.
