Before becoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ENEVA, Mr. Pedro Zinner was the Chief Financial Officer. In addition, he was CEO of Parnaíba Gas Natural S.A. (oil and gas industry) and, formerly, Global Treasurer and Global Head of Tax and Shared Services, Vice-Chairman of BG Group, company engaged in wholesale of processed threads and fibers, in the United Kingdom, Global Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Vale, Senior Managing Director at Vale (iron ore extraction sector), Global Head of Corporate Risk management of Vale in Switzerland and responsible for Analysis of Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity in Banco Icatu (financial sector).

Mr. Lino Lopes Cançado is graduated and post-graduated in Mechanical Engineering from PUC – Rio, with master’s degree in management of Oil & Gas Development Projects from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, in Scotland. He has over 23 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, with emphasis in project management, Wells construction, production and extraction of natural gas. He served as Chief Operations Officer of Parnaíba Gás Natural S.A. (Oil & Gas industry), and, before that, he was Vice-Chairman of Integrated Projects at Schlumberger South America, Chief Operations Officer at Schlumberger Brasil, Manager of Integrated Projects at Schlumberger Brasil, Project Manager in the development of gas fields in the North of Mexico at Schlumberger Mexico and Central America (Oil & Gas industry).

Mr. Marcelo Habibe has a degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a master’s degree in finance from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has more than 17 years of experience, passing through Brookfield Brasil and Embratel. He worked as treasurer at Vale S.A. for 8 years and performed the function of corporative treasurer and head of merger & acquisition area at Fibria S.A. for 4 years. Its last passage was at Omega Generation S.A, where he was the CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

Prior to his current position, he was Senior Manager of Political and Government Affairs at the BG Group, Officer and Vice Consul for Science and Innovation for the British Diplomatic Service, Head of the UK Research Council for Arts and Humanities and Project Manager at the International Organization for Migration (IOM/UN) in Spain.

Ms. Lavinia Hollanda, CFA, is officer and founding partner of Escopo Energy, boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, innovation and sustainability in the power sector. She is PhD in Economics by EPGE-FGV, Master in Economics by UFRJ and graduated in Electric Engineering at UNICAMP. She was Survey Coordinator of the Energy Study Center of Fundação Getúlio Vargas, where she coordinated and wrote several articles and studies about energy. She worked in financial markets for ten years as analyst of companies of the electric, oil and gas industries and other regulated sectors (Banco Garantia, Credit Suisse, Jardim Botânico Investimentos, Macquarie Bank). She took part in applied research and consulting projects on Liquefied Natural Gas (CNI, ABRACE), Unitization (Petrobras), Intelligent Electric Networks (ABRADEE, APTEL) and Urban Transportation (State of Rio de Janeiro). She was also professor of Regulation and Defense of Competition at the Professional Master’s Course on Corporate Finance and Economics at EPGE-FGV. Lavinia was external member of the Minority Committee of Petrobras, responsible for advising the Board of Directors of the company in related-party transactions, including the process of review of the Onerous Transfer Agreement (Nov/2016-Sep/2017). She was also member of the External Review Committee of Royal Dutch Shell between October/2015 and June/2017, and representative of the company in the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) of the 13th Bid Round of blocks for exploration and production of oil of the ANP (Jun/ 2015 and Sep/2016).

From 1977 to 2009, he served as partner and Head of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Services Practice (“PwC”). He served as Chief Audit Executive at Banco Itaú -Unibanco in the period from 2009 to 2015, then from 2016 to 2017, he served as Controller, Risk Management, Integrity and Technology Officer at Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Economico e Social- BNDES. He has experience as a member of the Fiscal Council of FMCSV and as a Board of Directors member of Braskem and Ecorodovias. Mr. Edson Teixer has a degree in Accounting Sciences with an Executive MBA in Finance and in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV-RJ. From 1995 to 2017, he served as an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) and is currently a partner officer at IRKO in Rio de Janeiro. Mr. Teixer is a financial executive with over 25 years of solid experience in the most varied subjects related to Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management in general, Human Resources and internal controls. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Brazil (CRC) and a CVM Independent Auditor Certified by the Federal Accounting Council (CFC). He is a specialist and active speaker on international and Brazilian accounting standards. Professor of auditing, accounting, finance and compliance at BMEC RJ, at Graduate and MBA courses. He is an Executive Officer of ANEFAC-RJ, speaker and content producer focused on the accounting area.

Mr. Sidnei Sanches has a degree in mathematics from Fundação Santo André and has over 33 years of experience in finance and management. Mr. Sanches began his career in the financial sector at Whirlpool Brasil (household appliance manufacturing and marketing sector) and, throughout his career, he led the company’s financial planning and accounting areas. In 1998 he assumed the position of Controller of Whirlpool’s operations in Chile and, shortly afterwards, also held the position of Controller of Whirlpool’s operations in Argentina. Then, while at Whirlpool, he held the positions of Vice-Chairman of Finance, Management and IT in Brazil cumulatively with the position of CFO of the company. In 2007, he assumed the position of Vice-Chairman of Finance, Management and IT as well as CFO of Whirlpool’s subsidiaries located in Latin America, where he was part of the Executive Board. In 2012, he became Vice-Chairman of Finance, Management and IT and CFO of Whirpool in the regions of Europe, Middle East and Africa, where he also was a member of the Executive Board. As of 2014, Mr. Sanches became the Global Audit Vice-Chairman of Whirlpool Corporation, a position he currently holds, reporting to the Audit Committee of the company’s Board of Directors and conducting operations spanning all continents.

Between 2015 and 2016 he attended a master’s in Strategy and Innovation at Said Business School, University of Oxford and, between 2012 and 2018, was a member of the IFRS Foundation’s Capital Markets Advisory Committee. He has been a partner at Dynamo Administração de Recursos since January 2000, where he works analyzing investment opportunities in shares of public and private companies in Brazil. Between 2009 and 2019, he was part of the Dynamo investment team responsible for investing in shares of international companies, based in London. Dynamo manages equity funds with total funds under management of approximately $ 5 billion.
